I know that from your forum post you got several requests to see her actually playing. I have to agree with you though that the other one is a better composition. I can't really put a finger on it. Perhaps because there is more space around the piano in the other. I also liked that she was taking a moment to look for a piece to play - another aspect that shows the "this is her time" part of the theme. Not to say that I dislike this one, but I like the other one a little better.
