Not sure if this is minimal enough, but I found this end of wood in a neighbour's woodpile this afternoon when I was out looking for some autumn color shots and thought it looked interesting. Hey, inspiration is at a low ebb and time's running out on this challenge. Can we say "grasping at straws", boys and girls?
