This apartment building in my neighborhood was just completed and is awaiting tenants (although the kapici, or manager, kept hanging around and didn't particularly like me taking pictures thru the fence). As with most everything in Turkey (places of business, homes and cars -- ours included), it has a mavi boncuk hanging on it as protection against the evil eye.
