An up-close and personal view of a busily humming electric meter. Cogs clunking and wheels whirring. This shot really conveys the movement here. It almost has a dreamy feel to it as if parts are warping in and out of focus. But that could be just me. ;) Good artistic approach to the theme. Well executed. - Simon Bennett.
