Way back when many of these billboards were really painted rather than preprinted en masse. The signwriter evidently decided, as
a bit of obvious mischief, to knock off for the day just at that point -- and I'll bet it was a bit earlier than he was supposed to ;-)

This is a PS deconstruction back to a real scene and is exactly as I saw it, late one afternoon, with not a person or ladder in sight.
I didn't have my camera with me at the time and I had to settle for shooting it the next morning. The job had been completed
by that time (inset), after no doubt providing fine entertainment for early bird city rail commuters.
