Keith, Grandpa's expression is priceless. I bet he is one terrific guy to be around. The kid looks like he's having a ball setting up this shot. I am really glad you backed off of all that fakey looking blur background. This is much better. My one nitpick is that the edges around your subjects needs to be worked on a bit more. I find that I often can't see this happening while in my editing program, but as soon as I save it for the web and upload it, I see the bloopers. This image is good enough to be worth your time touching up a tad more. Overall, I'd say you did a very good job of it. --Nancy/JoseNoway

Thanks for the nice comments. son and grandpa were having lots of fun. I did take note of the one comment re the distracting background and did a little work in pse to change things - which i think improved the original upload. regards to all...keith

hi Keith - That is a very nice picture - especially the expressions (*) dunno if you blurred the background in PS but I'm finding it tooo blurred - almost to the point of distraction - maybe a slightly lower blur and also a selective desaturation to stop it from overpowering the picture. -gk
