This was a panorama stitch I decided to do this past Saturday, out of boredom. I always get jealous seeing the rows of mansions in the Las Olas section of Fort Lauderdale, each with a boat or yacht in back and a Bentley in front. I wanted to get a shot looking down a canal and to the sides to show all the boats and big homes.
This was, I believe, 5 shots, which were then pano-stitched together using the software that came with my Canon digital Ixus (Even shooting with my Sony, this freebie software that came with the Canon is excellent for stitching panos!).
I then converted it to IR in PSP8, and grained it a bit in the green channel.

I like the distortion caused by the wide angle to the nearest power boat. It makes it look even more impressive. Ded you use manual mode for this?
