This is the "Mike Fink" restaurant. It is permanently docked on the Ky. side of the Ohio River in Covington's historic Riverside Drive district. It is a popular eatery which has been docked in the same place for quite some time. Due to the great amounts of rainfall lately, the parking lot is totally under water.
