Golden Gate Sunset
by James Langford

I captured this during a trip to San Francisco a few months back. This was one of my first shots with my new 10D and my 20mm prime lens. The exposure was around 20 seconds, which is why the water is moving.

A great image from a great SF gallery James. It just makes me sad that I was not into photography when I went there. I can't wait to go there again.

all the best

Takes me home James. I grew up in the East Bay and used to drive along the Bay at sunrise on my way to work. It is a beautiful place and your picture does it justice. Ann

James,

This is an image that has been captured lots of times and still you have managed to create a different perspective, with the very smooth water giving a very special character and feel. You have incredible technique for night photography indeed.

Amazing Shot! I like the long exposure which makes it look like the water is moving.

Very nostalgic image for me as I was born and bred here. Beautifully done. Helen
