The elusive moon shot. I still can't get a nice one. Great exposure on this. simple yet sooo much talent to capture this ...great job.

Great shot - I love the details on the moon's surface. I think it looks better as a crescent moon than if it was full.

Yes this is the moon, taken through a Meade telescope with an adapter from Scopetronics for the 828. Real Tough to focus and get the manual settings right as the moon is always moving , or is it the earth that is moving???. Thanks for the comments

I can't believe what my eyes see here! Incredible image ... how could you get so well the detail of the moon? Is this the real moon, it can't be?
