Very nice image Bill! I love night images that combine very dark areas with spots full of bright lights. The added moon certainly is a very interesting element. Have you tried to make the moon a bit smaller? Like it is is very nice but it also creates the perception that it is bigger than it should be ... it also appears to have a "yellow" cast (the moon). have you considered to make a B&W image?
