You're right, Katherine. The tool shown is used for smaller 'procedures'. The larger instruments look like something from a horror movie (and wouldn't fit on the image) -john

Very cool image - the x-ray is really clear! I'm surprised the knife is so small though - it looks more like its made to carve pumpkins than people.
