This and the other three images are taken on September 19 2003, a day after the hurricane Isabel landed in Maryland and flooded the area near the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.
Here a family and a dog are observing with interest the flooded streets.

I love the photojournalistic style of this image and the others in this series. Excellent use of sepia to remove the distractions and draw my attention to the expression of the two models. The action and expression of the little girl really makes this image for me. Very nice. -- LC (autumnsky)
