I had taken a long walk through the woods hoping for some good photo opportunities. After having no luck, I decided to sit and rest a few minutes before returning home. Suddenly, to my utter surprise, this Woodchuck stuck his head out from under the roots of this old tree (about 10 feet away). He didn't seem to mind at all, as I slowly raised the camera to capture the moment. Needless to say, that curious Woodchuck made my day!
