This is part of the signature wooden beam from an old barn. At that time, the builder signed and dated his construction. I could not manage to get the name into this image.

I lived in upstate New York in the 50s to the 80s. About 1960, one of my daughters found that a barn near our house had collapsed. Upon examination, I found this timber among the ruins, and cut it out of the beam with a chain saw. The signature in front of the date is "T V E". -Arvin
