I'm glad you got what you did, Dave...I really like it. I understand what you mean about bus touring and the times. Sounds like a visitor may not even be able to try some of the shots I imagine wanting to try. I'm "forcing" myself to leave some personal suggestive comments when photographers add the (*) to their photos. I really like the moment in time you captured with this photo, especially knowing the circumstances. Thanks for the info & for sharing this, Dave...it's a unique find and very appropriate for the "music" theme. MFC

MFC, I appreciate your comments, but I should explain the picture at the time I took it.
The year was 1999. Digital photography is in it's early stages.
The camera I was using has no manual settings, no zoom, and an 8 meg card.
You are in a tour group that keeps moving along. It was almost 5 years ago
but I think there was a small fence/chain that keeps you off the graves of Elvis and his family.(I took pictures of 5 graves)
The shutter was 1/74 of a second, aperture 1:8.0 at 10:49 AM on a very overcast day.
I would have liked to do more, but at the time, it wasn't possible.

Really a good idea here, Dave...I like the perspective & symmetry of your composition. Look at all those flowers...a lot of homage gets paid to "the king". MFC

(*) Dave, if I was able to visit this site, I would enjoy trying some closer shots. I'd probably play around with various compositions & angles, maybe try to use a shallow DOF to advantage. May even try a shot directly above looking straight down on the graphics too. I'd just like to see what all the possibilities were. MFC
