Through the Knothole in My Fence
by Nee

This is "Little Boy", one of the cats in our family. This photo was taken looking through a hole in our fence while he was sitting in our neighbor's backyard. While maybe not representative of the best of the entries here, this happens to be the 10,000th photo taken with my 717, so it has a double special meaning to me :)

Sorry you had to move it, Nee, but still a charming shot. And what a sweetheart :-). Helen

Thanks, everyone...good to be around (even if it's just a little!). Melanie, sorry about not including the date. I thought this image was eligible, but when I checked the exif data, it turns out this was taken the day before the challenge started, so I have moved it to the appropriate gallery. ~Nee :)

Well seen, Nee. You framed your kitty perfectly thru the fence hole. Really effective DOF effect here. Now...who's the "peeping tom"?...the kitty or the photographer? :) Nice shot. MFC

Very nice Nee, the knothole makes an interesting frame for 'Little Boy' and the flowers. There's no date showing, when did you take this? Melanie (mlynn)
