Yes it is an IR shot with some Microsoft Picture It also.
IR with nightshot leaves a green tint on the picture.
Instead of changing to grayscale, I used the eyedropper
on the clouds to get the shading close to grayscale...
but not quite.
I used to grayscale all my IR photos til I saw that I was
losing alot of definition. (with picture it)
In this picture, going with grayscale, the trees get blown
out alot.
