In answer to MFC's question... I purchased this Porsche in 1987, in California. In 1967, I purchased the same model, in blue, when it was only four years old. I kept it for another four years, and then had to sell it, as the salt on the roads in upstate NY during the winter was rapidly eating up the body. The one I now have had originaly been shipped to San Diego, so probably had no road salt on it. So far, so good... Great auto!
