My grandparents bought this land in northern Wisconsin in the 1940s, and about 10 years ago they
split the deed up evenly amongst their children for the whole family to enjoy. Now my mom's greedy
sister has forced the property to be broken up into lots for sale because she sees dollar signs.
(Okay, I might be biased here, but I practically grew up on this property.) Here you can see part
of the path leading to the meadow where my grandmother used to have a vegetable garden
amongst plum & walnut trees. I took this picture (and many more like it) because
I don't know how long it'll be before somebody builds a house in my beloved meadow.
