Another one of my favorites Joe. Beautiful picture of your child, and a fabulous composite image. (Even where the hair grows around almost looks like a spiral galaxy :-).) And the image works perfectly with your message. I love it! Melanie (mlynn)

Another cute one, Joe...good idea...and I like the perspective/comp here. MFC

Excellent image portraying a wonderful idea, Joe. One of these days I'm going to learn how to do composites so I can try to create image as good as this one. Say, have we seen the face of this little "explorer" yet?---Deb

I really like this image a lot, Joe. You did a great job with both the composite and the message. Perfect. It feels like deja vu--for some reason I keep thinking I've seen it before... or maybe I've been watching too much of the old Twilight Zone, eh? --Nancy

Excellent idea and execution. I also agreed with Vikas about the wall. I think the carpet itself is a good representation of his small world.

Great idea and catch phrase. Nicely done.

Thanks for all the kind comments, and to Vikas for the constructive suggestion. I decided to keep the wall on the right in to link the curiosity of a child exploring her little world (here, a dark hallway in a home) with the broader idea of space exploration. I can see how the other way would work too, but I've spent too many hours on this image already! JoeSchmoe

Ditto all comments and, I happen to agree with Vikas regarding the idea of keeping the space (no pun) open wide in front of the child. Even looking out a window seeing this could have been cool. Nice work. Mark J

Very creative and appealing image. Good combination of the small exploring child and the huge and complex universe. Willem

Excellent shot, love the galaxy effect the child is looking towards, very well done. Only one suggestion, would it be possible to clone out the wall on the right and make it darker to match the left? It would then appear to be a large void which the child is looking into. Just my two bits, feel free to ignore. Great idea nevertheless........ Vikas
