Thank you all for your comments. No, I didn't use any add-on lenses. These seed head clusters are about 4 inches (or 10 cm) across in diameter (so much larger than the average dandelion.) Melanie (mlynn)

melanie, I really like the catch of light here that accentuates the fine details in the dandelion...very effective in B&W too. MFC

I really like the angle on this and also that it is done in black and white. Very pretty.
