Thanks for all the kind comments. It was fun combining my two passions, photography & BBQ. In response to the questions on how I got the clear focus I gotta say it was persistence. I took many, many shots at different angles and settings. I had problems trying to focus due to the smoke and heat. This was the only shot I liked out of the bunch after some moderate cropping and some extreme sharpening.
