Awesome B&W treatment, totally fits and compliments the mood. The blinds add a very interesting elements too (repetitive pattern, angles, contrasty). - Shay

Curve, your photographer's vision (though dark at times) is always unique and so very interesting. How you manage to compose a self-portrait so perfectly is beyond me! Well done...the *darker* moodiness of this portrait works very well in black and white. Perhaps when the sun comes out up in Canada, we'll see a less somber mood, eh?...but the *artist in despair look* makes for better mood shots, no? Take care...we love you here! ~Nee

Very nicely executed, I concur with Arlene this is an excellent film noir style photo. R.J. (Imager)

Pensive photo. Reminds me of James Dean photo from East of Eden http://www.allposters.com/gallery.asp?aid=70262&item=121800). Another creative piece of art.

thank you gil and sarah. the problem is, sarah, i can't smile while using my x-ray vision. smiling for some reason messes up the reception something fierce. like white noise on a tv screen. smiling very bad for x-ray vision. _cUrVe
