OK Guys you've suffered looking at this thing long enough. lol. It is a common fire hydrant! It had been painted multiple times green/yellow/red and was now multicolored and in need of some tlc. I found the Open sign with an arrow (like the fireman don't know how to open a fire hydrant????) kinda funny. The the dark tones were intensified in PSE levels to give it that super saturated pop for a kinda abstract image. Thanks, Cindy
