Thanks for the feedback and the constructive advice. It's what I enjoy most about participating in the challenges. I'm going to give your suggestions a try and see how it looks (I may not have time to post it before the challenge ends however, I have about 130 baseball pictures to wade through tonight).

Ditto MFC"s comments but, I would have changed the frame inner line border to the same yellow as the flower exhibits... but a VERY thin line of it. Also, your outer white boarder should either not be there or, should continue around the outer edge... having it only on the bottom and right side, is not working for me :-) Nice work. Mark J

Steve, what a beautiful and striking macro...very nice perspective, color contrast, design elements, and presentation. Nice image...(*)I can't think of anything I'd change. MFC
