for my Mommy *
by Cara Davis Conomos

This is my 2 yr old nephew. We planted flowers for his mom and grandmom on Mother's Day. He's such a cutie, I couldn't resist the picture. He just loves to smell the flowers!
Thanks for looking.

Wonderfull image, especially the little hands with the dirt on them are very cute! To add some remarks to the cropping comment: when you take of the upper part of the image you will find that the hands end up around the lower horizontal "third" line, the head will be just below the upper third line. The nose is allready on the right vertical third line. The end result will be a better composition of an allready wonderfull capture... Hewy

I agree 100 % with MFC, on cropping out the foliage in the top portion of the image. When I cover that area up with my hands to visualize it without... it's a much stronger image IMO> Still, a great capture. Mark J

What a cute capture, Cara...and I love those dirty hands, the mark of a true gardener :) On the critical side (*), I might consider more closely cropping around the child/planter to eliminate some of the background...might even be more effective. MFC
