Beautiful job, Shay. Contrary to the comments about scars, freckles, wrinkles, etc., I'm all for leaving most of those intact. They go towards part of the characteristics of what makes a person very individual (Harrison Ford has that recognizable scar on his chin, after all). I like leaving those little imperfections the way they are. I like the lighting here, particularly as I'm familiar with what it took to set it up. I also appreciate the way the individuals in the shot initially didn't want to do this pose, but after seeing what you were asking for it became an entirely new creation that they both enjoyed. An excellent study in using subtle positioning to create the shot rather than just letting it happen on its own. --- Ulysses

Boy, technically perfect is right. Great work Shay. Not only could I have never taken such a perfect photo, but I could never have resisted the temptation to retouch the scar on the bridge of his nose. This photo (and couple) is so perfect that my attention is drawn to this small human imperfection everytime I look at it. -Jeff
