Thanks Mark. I used a blue glass bottle for the background trying to catch nice reflections. However those reflection appeared distracting and I had to crop tightly and to use some clone on the background in PS.
I don't collect them, I have only one, but it indeed has to do with my nickname. When I first got the lighter (7 years ago I think) I used to bore my friends to death by showing it off ;)

What an interesting image bb. I like the blue background, I like the composition of the flame in the image... but, for me personally, I would have included the entire flint wheel. Does this have anything to do with your nick name ? Do you collect lighters or something? Mark J

Gee, I haven't looked closely at one for years; but I clearly remember, when the disposables first appeared, reading the Japlish imprint "Windfroof" on them! :-)
