Thansk Bill and Jim - Here in SoCal almost all the outdoor sports are played by guys in colorful clothing, like pick-up basketball or league softball. There is/was something really nice about these old folks who come out every weekend dressed in all white, and play on this immaculate lawn. The shot isn't nearly as good as I'd hoped it would be (and ALL of my shots from that afternoon are tilted to one side... stupid tripod), but I like the counteraction of the guy sweeping up the balls traveling against the direction of the guy bowling. -ToutSuite

Boy, from the thumbnail, a bunch of guys in all white, on a field, and the title.... I thought it was a Cricket match! A nice action shot. Bill R.

Hi ToutSuite, welcome to the challenges! I learned how to lawn bowl when I was about 8 while vacationing in Canada. I didn't wear white, but rather long shorts and probably a MN Twins t-shirt. We've gone up every year since, and I love our afternoon we spend lawn bowling!! Nice shot, look forward to seeing more! Jim/Shutter
