Bed Head

Got a new lens today, tele VCL-HGD1758 all the way from B&H, NY (my sister just flew back from US). Set up in bedroom focusing on random things. Voila, a bed head, with shadow I must add! Put through Neatimage to eliminate noise. Could this be the most random shot in Ch 35?
