Inverted daffodil silhouette*

The high-key silhouette of a daffodil from before, but now inverted.
A surprisingly good effect to me, but tell me which you think is best.
Maybe color the stem blue as well ?

Willem, I like your idea with the two images. I prefer this one. It's more soothing to "my eyes"...I find the other a little too "bright", esp around the central structures. Also, "my eyes" appreciate more detail with the central structures in this one because of the way light works with the color scheme here. . I also like the stem as it is. Neat concept and well-done, IMO. MFC

Interesting, Willem. I hadn't thought much about high key silhouettes. I think I prefer this one. The blue and black is rich. Yes, maybe the stem could be blue too, but then again that might dull the perception of light. - Ro
