I really like the colors and stark, geometric shapes. This has an emotional impact giving it a strong sense of a particular moment (from a bygone era?) in time. For some reason, I think of starched collars and petticoats . . .

No processing,Jim, straight out of camera!!
Aw shucks! I lied!
First you wake up at 5:00 in a strange hotel room, grab your tripod and cam., and drive to the local lighthouse. Stand there in the freezing morn snapping off 15, and 30 sec exposures till you drop. Then when you get home you open it up in PShop, and get all depressed because it's not EXACTLY like you wanted it. So you start fiddling. A little use of skewing, because it's done at wide angle, and all the verticals are going different directions, (fixed that about 80% of the way) then cropping, add a little contrast, then run it through NeatImage (30%) to clean up some of the night sky noise. A little un-sharp mask, and voila! pablo
