The others have said it - I think the freshness of the green with the orange/pink are waht make it such a pleasant picture.

There is something quite compelling about this photo...can't put my finger on it, but I do like the composition, colors, focus and subject...it has a very heart-warming sentiment. Like innocence and seeing with a child's eyes...yeah, that's why I like it! ~Nee
