Very pretty with its translucent flower with great shadow detail. Nice colors and background as well.

What a beautiful flower, and so well captured Denise! To me, those extra little buds really augment the composition. Very nice entry for the challenge for sure!

Denise, I love the mix of colors here...nice lighting too. The scene is beautifully composed/cropped; and your subject is perfectly set off by the simple, blurred background. I like the "underside" view here too...it draws maximum attention to the simple shapes and forms of the flower. Well taken...nice photo! MFC
