Thanks, again, everyone! And I agree, John, such a pity they moved it across the river. I can't bring myself to go see it in its new location; IMO it belongs on Hains Point, and that's how I'll remember it.

Helen, I know this well and you have popped it perfectly. I've not seen a more compelling image of this. Such a shame it was moved.

Wonderful composition - I like this one better than the other, also! It's good you got these pictures before they moved him.

Thanks all, for the kind comments. I was really torn as to which image I liked better, but I finally decided to go for the entire sculpture as the scope of it was just so amazing. Unfortunately, they moved it across the Potomac River to Maryland. What a loss for the District of Columbia!
