This is indeed a great scenery, and with a few alterations your photo could be fantastic too.
I would crop the sides a sligth bit, add brightness and contrast in Photoshop and maybe a biyt of sharpness. It might even work in b&w. It then will be spot on. Hope, you can use my advice for something!

Thanks Carlos! I'm glad to see the road has some pull outs on the side. As a photographer I'd probably be stopping around every curve to take pictures. Beautiful road. --Dee

Thank you for your kind comments. Dee: this was taken on the road to a little town in the mountains called "Puriscal". This is about 1.5 hours to the west of the capital city, San José. I was standing on a ledge by the side of the main road, about 40 meters above the gravel road. No risk involved in taking it.

Nice image, Carlos...good sense of passage over rugged terrain...I esp like the winding tracks on the gravel road. Good idea and nice scene. MFC
