Ah, Sky ... I love the way you let parts of this totally blend into the background.

I've always seen paperweights like this as worlds in themselves and you've brought that full glory on to the screen ... hmmm .. actually, your choice to lose much of the clear glass periphery has intensified the 'world within' aspect. Very nice :).
