These are small packs of single-sided razor blades mounted on a cardboard plaque that used to be displayed in pharmacies in the 1930s for sale. That was the greatest era of retail graphic design.

Hehh! I briefly considered suggesting "found patterns" for this theme, and this shot would've fit in perfectly! Nice interpretation of the still life!

Not really a usual still-life (I miss the flowers, vase and the fruits :)) The limited number of colors in this repetative pattern is what fascinates me. MCsaba

Thanks John. I've been an inveterate collector from the age of 8 or so. I used to have a pretty good collection of advertising art (lots of coca cola memorabilia), punch boards, coin-op machines, you name it. This is among the few dregs I have left.
