I would have to agree. If only these walls could talk. With Such beauty these buildings, homes, and churches once stood so tall and proud. Now to only to be an eye sore to the passer byes, and a fond old memory to ones who once lived and Worshiped there, and married there. Frank

Nice theme and nice captures.

Hard to imagine that in Europe they have stone castles, keeps, and walls several centuries old whilst here in North America, we have these wooden monuments to distant times which are not quite so distant, yet they too have a story to tell.
