The perfect end to an early morning shoot

The other day I left the house at 0315 so that I could get to the city before sunrise for some urban/industrial landscape shots. I always need to stop for an energy boost before the long drive home.

Well I have to say it looks very tasty to me!... bit mystified by the amount of fruit on there though, is it normally served with bacon and eggs where you are? (perhaps it should be here too for health reasons!)
