Most inexpensive tool I've found for creating 3/16" double flares. Not as versatile as the Ridgid 345 but not as expensive either - Ridgid will create bubble flares and can flare other sizes of tubing besides 3/16".

Only flares on Healey other than 3/16" double are 3/16" bubble used on brake booster and 1/4" double used on master cylinder supply lines.
