Hello all, long time, no see! I hope you're all doing well. I've been rather absent from
both Pbase and the world of photography generally for a fair while now, but have been
snapping things I encounter on my mobile phone, and enjoying the freedom that not worrying
too much about technical perfection gives you. Also, coupled with the powerful processing
power of Snapseed and Instagram apps, this is a great little creative combination for
capturing life's vignettes; the kind of photography that is quite difficult to achieve with
a DSLR simply because you don't always want to be carrying one around with you, whereas the
phone is always there. I know its not everybody's cup of tea, but I like the spontaneous
creative freedom that this can give you, and above all else, its just fun to do :-)
(PS one or two were taken with other cameras then processed on the phone)
