An Englishman's Home

As the saying goes, An Englishman's Home Is His Castle.

Back after a bit of a break, struggling a bit lately with stress etc so figure that learning
a new creative skill (photo-composites) might be a way of battling my way out of it, and here
is my first proper attempt. All elements are my own pics, all of them (except the flag) shot
specifically for this. I even purchased a bucket and spade to make the sandcastle ;)

Sorry for lack of replies recently, and I hope you're all well.

This is a very stimulating image. Very few people have the imagination to visualise a shot like this and then have the creativity and the skills to follow through and execute to produce an image to this standard. Thanks for the explanation as to how you put it together.

That is a very impressive sandcastle,Steve, and an even more impressive photograph. Wonderfully imaginative and creative work. You are setting a new standard for pbasers, at a level some of us may never manage to reach. But with more examples like this we might be motivated to try. Bravo!
