Great surprise discovery: Artwork under bike rack, attached to the ground, on ( totally alive and amazing) 24th Street in San Francisco. Hmm?? Coincidence? Is mask there to deter bike thefts? Or maybe it just wanted a picture taken?? I might never find out....but maybe somebody will
