40.000 to 100.000 (depending on sources:) people of the Bay Area marched for peace, protesting
further attacks on Iraq and worldwide violence on October 26, 2002 in San Francisco. Even
100.000 pictures could never portrait the spirit of this rally. Good will and good intentions from people
from basically all walks of life, all ages, faith - hoping that their voices would be heard by the powers in charge.
May all our words reach god's ear (German proverb).
