The Canon 300f4 IS lens is amazing. This is a handheld shot with the 300f4 IS + 1.4X, or a 35mm equivalent of 670mm, at a shutter speed of 1/45 sec !!!! Considering this was only the second time I was out with this lens, there must be a lot to be learned from using this lens. The image is almost a 100% crop with USM in PS7. Inglewood Bird Sanctuary, Calgary, Alberta.
