This was one outstanding choice of activities. We all got a chance to be the musher on an hour-long dog-sled ride. John and Michael both loved it. John took three or four turns as the musher and hated to give up his position.

We only had a couple of spills: Peepop took a corner too fast and tumbled over right in front of a bridge. Then later I had both boys on the sled while I was mushing and cut a corner too close, knocking them both off. Michael tells Nana: "You didn't make me fall of the sled, my own Mother did." Add it to the list of things he will discuss on the Jerry Springer show when he grows up.
