Where in the world is Michael sleeping?

I can tell you this, it's NOT in his bed. To wit:

Update, Dec 2012 - Almost 10, and yeah. He still does that.

Update, June 2011 - At 9 1/2, he still does it. Will it ever end??

Update, May 2010 - You would have thought that, at 7 1/2, he'd have outgrown the narcoleptic tendencies. You would have thought wrong. LOL There is now a video version on YouTube. Search for Bunnyladysteph videos and you'll see him, lol!!

Update, Jan 2009 - This gallery started back when Michael was about two years old. Sweet little narcoleptic is now SIX. Hard to believe! He's still at it, and it appears that he will grow old and gray falling asleep on a moment's notice, anywhere he happens to be at the time. (I'm pushing him away from a career in aviation.)

Update, 7/8/2008 - We now have an official tag line for the gallery:

No day is so bad it can't be fixed with a nap.

What a great, funny gallery -- as I recall, I didn't much like my bed either when I was a kid. But if he could share how he manages to sleep on airplanes, that would be a real life-saver!

That's a beautiful little boy you have there. As the father of 3 boys, 14,10 & 3 I can appreciate the quiet you must enjoy when he nods out. Those pics are absolutely precious, enjoy the young lad. Best wishes.

I am so incredibly jealous. My child could BARELY sleep in the places he was supposed to sleep for the first three years of his life and we were walking zombies -- much less falling asleep EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE. you are one very lucky parent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there! That could be part of it for sure. He's also two, so that means that he REALLY wants control of something, lol! And hey, if he wants to choose to sleep on a hard floor or pew then who am I to argue right? =) I just hope he starts sleeping in the bed soon since we paid for it and all. ;)

Could this be at the time of tranisition from a crib to a regular bed? We experienced similar once. Slept anywhere BUT in the new bed!
