At the end of the year the destitute homeless in Paris were supplied with small tents to replace the makeshift cardbox-shelters they usually make to keep warm. The guys here can boast of a very promient address on the corner of Ave. de Loewendael and Ave. de Suffren on the border between the 7th and 15th arrondissement - 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower - and they have cleverly installed floor heating by placing their tent over one of the air outlets from the Parisian Metro system.
